Audrain County came as close as it can get at the Miss Missouri Teen Pageant on Friday, June 16, at the Missouri Military Academy.

Miss Audrain’s Teen Bridget Caldwell of Florissant was first runner-up in the 2023 competition and she is the daughter of Scott and Tara. Caldwell also won the preliminary evening gown award earlier in the week. Caldwell’s talent was tap dancing and her Community Service Initiative (CSI) is “Bridge the Gap Between Youth and Heros” which pairs up teens with Veterans.

Rounding out the top five was second runner-up Camryn Crist of Moberly. Crist holds the title of Miss Kansas City’s Teen and is the daughter of Matt and Shannon. Crist plays the piano for her talent and has chosen “#CheckYes4Life” which focuses on organ donations for her CSI.

The third runner-up was Miss Gateway’s Teen Greta Clark of Eureka and she is the daughter of Patrick and Dana. Clark’s talent is jazz dancing and her CSI is “Empowering Youth to Strengthen Communities.” Earlier in the week Clark won the preliminary evening gown award.

The fourth runner-up was Miss Mid-Missouri Teen Josephine Kespohl of Columbia and she is the daughter of Chris and Jessica. The Dream Factory is Kespohl’s CSI and her talent was baton twirls and dancing.

The crowd was surprised at the end of the Top 10 when it was announced it would become the Top 15. That group included Miss Mozingo Lake’s Teen Allie Hutchinson who is the daughter of Ben and Brooke and lives in Lee’s Summit. Hutchinson is also the granddaughter of Mexico residents Gene and Bev Meuschke.

Also included in the Top 15 was Miss Columbia Teen Christina Cox. She is the daughter of Norman and Maria; Miss Boone County’s Teen Alana Lemon of Hannibal who is the daughter of James and Anna; Miss Heartland’s Teen Bryiar Callaway of Republic who is the daughter of Brant and Karla; Miss Kansas City International’s Teen Allie Yoder of Kirksville who is the daughter of Paul and Michelle; Miss Kirkwood’s Teen Lilly Stockard of Jackson who is the daughter of Stephanie and Shawn; Miss Maryville’s Teen Hannah Whatley-Blaine of St. Louis who is the daughter of Jim and Nancy; Miss Northwest’s Teen Kyleigh McCourt of St. Louis who is the daughter of Chris and Tammy; Miss Nodaway Lake’s Teen Ella Foy of St. Louis who is the daughter of Jordan and John; and Miss St. Louis County’s Teen Gianna Westlund of Houston who is the daughter of Cindy.
