It’s been more than six months since Miss Missouri Haley Leach and Miss Missouri Teen Gracyn Rouse were crowned in Mexico and now is their time to go for the biggest crown.
Both ladies will compete in the Miss America and Miss America Teen competition that begins this Saturday, Jan. 6, and will run through Sunday, Jan. 14 when a winner is crowned. The competition is being held in Orlando, Florida.
Leach arrived in Mexico last June as Miss Southern Missouri and she is from St. Louis. Leach currently attends Washington University School of Law and her community service initiative is autism awareness and acceptance.
Rouse made her way to Mexico last summer as Miss Southern Missouri’s Teen and attends Thayer High School on the border of Arkansas. Her talent is vocals and her community service initiative is “Kindness is Key.”
